Nikita is the Associate Director of the Laidley Centre for Business Ethics and Equity in the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University. She has over a decade of experience in various public health environments: government, nonprofit, contracting and academia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and a Master of Public Health in Global Health with a concentration in Reproductive Health and Population Studies. She is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She also created a patient empowerment podcast called The Good Health Cafe.
