Since my days in surgical residency, I have been passionate about the field of oncology. Opting to specialize in breast oncology was a natural choice, driven by my belief that this disease presents unique challenges for women seeking assistance. My aspiration to train and learn at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai became a reality when I was selected as their HBNI Fellow in Breast Oncology in 2013. Over the past decade, I have contributed to Raheja Fortis and Apollo, Mumbai before securing my current role at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital in Hyderabad.
Breast cancer diagnosis often exerts a profound impact on individuals and families, with women particularly affected due to their central roles within households. My commitment lies in advancing equity in breast cancer care, devoting my efforts to ensuring that all individuals, especially those most in need, have access to the comprehensive care and support they deserve.
