An Anesthesiologist by qualification from Mumbai University, Nivedita has 19 years of overall pharmaceutical medical affairs experience. She has demonstrated good leadership in handling the medical affairs activities of the allergy, gastrointestinal, pain, neurology, cardiovascular, anti-infective, immunology and the renal and transplant therapy areas in her roles at Cipla, MSD, J&J, GSK and Sanofi.
Under her leadership the medical team initiated various Medical led activities like the flagship Medical Education program called the Pause Atopic March in Allergy space and led the conduct of Omnichannel engagement like the Digital Key Opinion leader to increase awareness on Importance of Gut Health for all.
She is a member of the Ability plus Employee Resource Group as a part of the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative Workstream and has contributed to various initiatives to drive the #NothingWithoutUs Culture at Sanofi India.
Nivedita has also been a part of the Real-World Evidence Working group of the Indian Society of Clinical Research and contributed towards the development of a Position paper on the Regulatory status of Real-World Evidence in India.
She enjoys volunteering activities with a cause and has participated with her team in the Sanofi Consumer Health Care Purpose Day Tree Plantation Drive Themed Fighting the Inequality in Air Quality.
