Noxolo Magubane is a global pharmaceutical regulatory affairs expert with 14 years of experience spanning clinical research, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, and global regulatory strategy. She currently serves as the Global Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Medicines360, where she leads regulatory strategy, compliance, and policy development to improve access to essential medicines in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Since 2013, she has specialized in sexual and reproductive health (SRH), working with regulatory authorities, ministries of health, and global organizations to streamline approval processes and enhance healthcare access.

Her career began in clinical research at IQVIA, followed by key roles in pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs at Sanofi Pasteur before transitioning to global regulatory leadership at WCG Cares and Catalyst Global. Over the years, she has led regulatory submissions, life cycle management, and policy advocacy efforts across Africa and beyond. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Biochemistry and a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine. She is currently finalizing her Master’s in Pharmacy Administration and Policy Regulation at the University of the Western Cape. A thought leader in African Medicines Regulatory Harmonization (AMRH) initiatives, she has published peer-reviewed articles in TOPRA and IJDRA, contributing to global policy discussions on regulatory efficiency.
