With a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Pune University and seven years of combined academic and industry experience, I blend deep theoretical knowledge with practical expertise. My primary work involves developing interactive, immersive learning experiences that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Our curricula incorporate emerging technologies like specialized software, virtual reality, AI, and data visualization for hands-on exploration of complex concepts. I also emphasize physical tinkering with open-source hardware and fabrication techniques such as 3D printing. I collaborate closely with students from tribal and urban areas to ensure our programs are student-friendly while reflecting the latest advancements and pedagogical best practices. Being part of an ambitious startup, I take on various roles, including management responsibilities, networking, and primarily technical developments- all aimed at preparing the next generation for successful STEM careers.
