2021 Leadership Journey Project: Decolonizing Development – What does it mean for large USG Contractors?
Stephanie is the Director of Global Programs and Development at DKT International. Previously Stephanie was the Senior Technical Advisor for Private Sector Engagement within Palladium’s Health Practice, where she advised on a range of projects across Africa and Asia to increase private sector contributions for improved health outcomes. Before that, Stephanie held varied leadership roles across Africa at Population Services International (PSI). She is a strategic and multi-disciplinary global health leader with 15+ years direct implementation experience and increasingly expansive management responsibilities. Highly collaborative and results focused with a passion for the power of markets, and diverse teams, to achieve sustainable impact. Prior to joining PSI, Stephanie lived and worked in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. She was a Fulbright Scholar to Germany and holds a Masters in International Relations from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service.
