2021 Leadership Journey Project: How Might We…Cultivate a DEI Culture through Meaningful Metrics?
Tanvi Pandit-Rajani is a recognized strategic and inclusive global health leader known for inspiring action and driving impactful change, particularly for women and youth. She has demonstrated success working at the intersection of policy, service delivery, and the private sector to improve access to family planning, reproductive health, and HIV prevention products and services in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
Tanvi most recently served as Vice President of Partnerships and Delivery at Zenysis Technologies, where she brought innovative, creative, and strategic leadership to solving complex data fragmentation challenges in global health. In this role, she helped drive the company’s mission to improve global health outcomes through better data integration and utilization.
Tanvi began her career as a Commodity Security Advisor at USAID, where she was part of an early movement focused on understanding and addressing market barriers to health product access through targeted investments. She has also held senior leadership, management and technical roles with global health consulting firms, overseeing projects that achieved national-level policy change and generated solutions to enable greater access to healthcare.
From 2020 to 2023, Tanvi served as the Chair for the Market Development Approaches Working Group of the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition, a global partnership aimed at ensuring sustainable access and utilization of FP/RH products. She has also served on JSI’s Anti-Racism and Equity Task Force. Currently, she is a Board Member of Impact RH360, a subsidiary of the non-profit pharmaceutical firm, Medicines360.
