Experience
I have an illustrious career carved in blue chip corporates in South Africa. I first cut my teeth in leadership at Investec where I spent eight years. Whilst at Investec, my key task was the management of the Private Bank Account contact centre. I was also a member of the Private Bank Account operations management team.
I then went on to work as a Business Development Manager for Absa Fund Managers for three years where I managed a team of Business Development consultants. Here I was also a member of the executive management team for Absa Fund Managers.
I made a significant contribution to the design, development and implementation of the MultiChoice Group Leadership and Women development strategy as the manager of this function. My single-minded objective in this function was that of enhancing the performance of leaders at all levels.
I have over 1500 hours of coaching global leaders across different industries, and at different levels of leadership.
