Tumi Frazier

Experience
Tumi Frazier is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, global consultant, professional speaker, author, and former C-suite executive. Her experience includes serving as Executive Director and Board Member of African Resonance Business Solutions, a financial technology company. With her passion for supporting women’s rights and quality of life globally, Tumi served as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Global Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative, which fosters collaboration and innovation in developing women’s entrepreneurial and business skills throughout the United States, Africa, and Europe. Additionally, Tumi is a former African Director of the Global Women Initiative, which presented 40 Global Women Summits in 14 countries, aiming to support women worldwide through education and entreprenueruship, and working to eradicate poverty and hunger. Tumi has been honored as 1 of the top 15 finalists in the Women Agripreneurs 2024 Awards on the African continent. She was also a top 10 finalist among entrepreneurs in South Africa’s Global Cleantech Innovation Program (GCIP), and the Final Winner of the Best Woman-Led Cleantech Team 2023/2024.

Current Role
Tumi is co-founder & CEO of Fourth Wave Technology, a clean technology company based in the United States and South Africa with a mission to increase food production, advance healthy food systems, and promote environmental sustainability through meaningful innovation. She is also the Founder of Tumi Foundation, a non-profit that empowers youth in Africa and Tumi Academy, delivering master classes for women in Business Programs in partnership with major South African banks and multinational organizations. With offices in South Africa and the United States, Tumi coaches clients throughout southern, eastern, and western Africa, Europe, and the US.

Educational Background
Tumi holds a Bachelor (Honors) in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.

Professional Affiliations
Tumi earned an Executive Coaching Certification from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business and an Entreprenueruship Development certificate from Indonesia Entrepreneurship Academy. A prolific author and co-author, Tumi has published several articles and books, including collaborations with notable minds like Deepak Chopra, Jack Canfield, Dr. Dennis Waitley, and Dr. Robert Schuller. As a coach, Tumi is trained and certified to use and interpret various competency assessments and personality inventories, including the Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks® 360 Assessments, WorkPlace Big Five Profile™, Influence Style Indicator, Conflict Dynamics Profile, and WorkLife Indicator™.
