Veronica Zandi is a Drama Therapist and Social Impact Consultant with 16 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, psychosocial interventions, and behavior change communication. She integrates mental health, social justice, and leadership development, using creative methodologies to foster healing, resilience, and empowerment.
She has led gender equity, mental health, and social behavior change programs across civil society, international NGOs, and community-based organizations, including DG Murray Trust (gender-based violence) and Pact SA (HIV prevention and behavior change). Her expertise spans organizational development, strategic planning, and leadership coaching to support thriving teams and individuals.
An Atlantic Fellow for Health Equity, Zandi holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Drama Therapy from the University of the Witwatersrand. Passionate about community-driven, culturally responsive solutions, she strives to create inclusive, transformational impact in public health and development.
