I am an epidemiologist and social behavioral scientist with 20 years of experience leading implementation science research in sub-Saharan Africa and the U.S. As a Senior Associate in the Social and Behavioral Science Research Program (Population Council), I lead research studies focused on enhancing access to critical HIV and sexual reproductive health services.
I am particularly dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by vulnerable and historically marginalized populations, particularly female sex workers, sexual and gender minorities, adolescent girls and young women in sub-Saharan Africa and Black communities in the U.S. My research focus has been on innovative service delivery strategies leveraging community-based programming, employing differentiated service delivery models, and using digital technology solutions.
