With a professional career spanning two decades, Zanele Nkosi has extensive experience in human resources, media, and communications across the public, private, and non-governmental (NGO) sectors. She has worked within multinational organizations, primarily in the market research sphere, helping fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) organizations enhance market presence and capitalize on branding opportunities. Her work has taken her across the African continent, providing a deep understanding of the business world across cultures.

Current Role
Based in South Africa, Zanele serves clients with leadership development, business application projects, self-leadership, and entrepreneurial and business coaching. As a leadership coach, mentor coach, trainer, and facilitator, Zanele uses consciousness coaching to tailor client experiences and heighten individual, group, team, and organizational performance. Her services include executive coaching for C-suite leadership development, leadership coaching to enhance self-awareness and self-leadership, group coaching for multi-industry support, and life coaching to empower clients in making choices for their best lives. Zanele is passionate about helping each client find their voice, and is committed to serving with authenticity, compassion, and mindfulness. Among her clients, which span several sectors and industries, Zanele supports professionals with the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in Johannesburg with their academic, executive, and leadership development pursuits.

Educational Background
Zanele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Rhodes University, an Honours degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand, (WITS), and a Human Resources Diploma from Damelin.

A Professional Associate at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), Zanele is a trained Consciousness Coach through Consciousness Coaching South Africa (ICF and ACTP accredited). She is also a Creative Consciousness International Certified Consciousness Coach, Trauma Counsellor (through LifeLine), Skills Development Trainer, and a fitness and aerobics Trainer.
